"Difficult to see, always in motion the future is." (Yoda) It seems as this age I'm constantly getting asked about my future and what plans i have next. and honestly i have no idea what the future holds. the future is always changing the only thing i know is I'm going to strive to make myself happy. While we only have so long on this earth there's no reason not to experience all that we can. so i am going to probably do a lot of traveling. I would like to see the world. I wanna meet as many people as i can and make as many people smile as i can. one thing from my past i have always kept with me is a question asked myself. "who will you be when you are gone?" This question is not one that is meant to be answered by you, but a question that I keep in mind. It makes me strive to be a better person and make an impact on someones life beyond that of simple mourning. Now I'm not looking for memorials erected in my honor, but a memorial in everyone memory young and old. I look to be person someone tells their kids about. I don't care about monetary wealth. Wealth not a priority. If there is an after life, and we do go back and watch all of our lives over for judgement of our sins, as says the christian faith, i don't want to be a spot where i wish i could fast forward because its a another beleaguered day at the office. that just repeats and repeats and repeats. I wanna be able to look back on my life and simile everyday because of one thing or another. I wanna look back when I'm old and yap my Grandchild's ear off about stories from my travels in China or France. Watch them sit wide eyed as they hear another story from my life. life cannot just be let to sit idly by do not make plans to the point you stop and forget what is really around you. "Life is what happens to you while you're busy making other plans." (John Lennon) with that quote i could not agree more. The future for me past college, doesn't have a direction. I'm choosing to blaze my own trail, mark new ground, write life my way. It is my life right? There is no instruction booklet to life. Therefor there is no right or wrong way to do this thing we are all doing, yet so many of us choose to follow in someones footsteps. This is my life. I will live it how i want to. Take my own route, and do what i like along the way. So to answer the origional question. What is it i want to do with my life? The answer is: What ever i want to do with my life.
